Re: dead subsequent?

That's good! I posted in another thread that I just traded in my Sub 37 and picked up a Subsequent 37. I got enough on trade in and enough off the Subsequent 37 on sale that the difference was about the same as a full upgrade. With that said when I got a chance to mess with it at work it had an issu...

Re: Sub 37 upgrade legit or troll?

Well I made my mind up to go with the whole Sub37 upgrade but figured I would wait until after the first of the year. Then I was at my local GC which frequent a lot because it's a block away from work and was talking to one of the salepersons that I know. He mentioned their current 18% off sale whic...

Re: Sub 37 upgrade legit or troll?

I'm definitely going to do the keybed. I am on the fence about the other upgrades. I've only messed with a Subsequent a little bit and do like the feel of the keybed a lot better than the Sub37. It did sound like there was a bit of sonic differences too (one being that I was using headphones and the...

Small quantities of new 104m's to be produced

In case anyone is interested I just saw on Control Voltage's web site that Moog is going to produce another limited quantity of Moogerfooger 104m's. CV is taking preorders right now. Their might be other retailers doing the same but I haven't checked elsewhere.

Re: Sub 37 upgrade legit or troll?

I did sign up to be on the list. I really like my Sub37 and if anything else it's the keybed that I would like to change. Now with that said I've only messed with the Subsequent 37 (CV) for a little bit and to me it does sound/feels like it does have a bit more ummppphh in the sound. Of course it co...

Re: Model D Reissue Noise Level

I think the low noise level was brought up in the past and that someone from Moog said that was normal (at least for the Reissue). I do concur that it does seem to be on the low side and it would have been a little nicer if it ran with a bit more higher gains. But overall so far it hasn't been to bi...

Re: Minitaur Librarian/Editor updates to work with 2.2 firmw

Nevermind, I just proved my point about being an idiot. Missed the first email with the actual link to the v3.2.0 download to the editor.
You may return to your normal music making.

Thank you

Minitaur Librarian/Editor updates to work with 2.2 firmware?

I'm a bit confused (no surprise there). My current Minitaur Librarian/Editor version is 3.0.4. In which I installed quite some time back. I got the email notice that the new 2.2 Firmware is available so I went and signed onto the Moog website and went to the downloads for the Minitaur. I found the n...

Re: Minifooger Drive no sound

Interesting, I actually have the opposite issue with mine. I don't have mine in front of me but there should be access through the bottom to install a battery. I bought mine slightly used but it will not power up with a battery. A power adapter works fine. The person I bought it from never even trie...

Re: Price Drop at Sweetwater (Spring Cleaning)

Yeah I saw that posted on Muffwigglers. I got to admit that it chaps me a little bit because I purchased mine from Sweetwater when they first came out. I know it shouldn't bother me because prices drop (or go on sale) all the time but it wasn't really that long ago that I got mine, relatively speaki...

Nice! That's what I would probably get is the OB-6 Module. I have enough keyboards/synths to fulfill being able to drive it.

Production halting on Voyager XL

Just received an email from Moog. It looks like they are officially discontinuing production of the Minimoog Voyage XL. There will be a few limited one produced while they currently have some parts but that's it. Guess we'll see what they come up with next.
