Re: Sampling the little phatty

Just a small aside xombiexplox, is this you also ? If so, this is a much better avatar picture of you, if you don't mind my saying ! But I understand also that maybe you didn't want to get all the Moog nerds on here too distracted from their toys ! <3  Look at you airing my dirty laundr...

Re: Sampling the little phatty

I sample my Slim and my Little Phatty into an Akai MPC1000. I like having all the pads right in front of me and it's neat using the sequencer for both of them when I don't feel like having to be tied to a COM-PU-TOR

Re: New custom CV controller in the works: The Spider [x-pos

So....since you're placing an Arduino at the heart of it are you going to release the source code as well?
:3

I happen to be a little Arduino nut! I'd love to hear about this more in detail, something like this is exactly why I got into electrical engineering in the first place!

Re: Minitaur to controller. USB type B to USB type?

Yes. But not forgetting to isolate each soldered wire from each other. AND be careful not to mix up those wires, and make sure each one corresponds to the same one at each end of the cable... If it's anything like an RJ45 cable, would you have to switch two of the cables on the either side? ...

Re: All notes off / panic button - CC?

Using some Google-FU, I found the following post by Amos: Will the final release address the issue where a voice will "defect" to another's slot in the round-robin? By this I mean that if I have three Phattys going, I will suddenly get a "hole" where one of the voices had been, b...

Re: Little Phatty vs. Slim Phatty

I've seriously contemplated selling my LPSII and getting the Solar ED. Now that I have seen (a tease really) it with the black ends, yeah, this may happen soon. It is SO sexy, but I think they raised the price by a hundred or maybe I am just going crazy, but I called them and asked why and they sai...

Re: Little Phatty & Guitar Pedals - Testing

I tried using a Little Phatty through an EH Memory Man and Memory Boy at a local music store the other day, and it honestly sounded like adding delay to a trash compactor. I don't know if I was doing something wrong or if both of them were defective pedals, but they sounded awful!Didn't even sound l...
