I just saw the Dandy Warhols in Minneapolis... Zia, the keyboard player, used a Prodigy on stage. (although it seemed that she played her Korg MS-20 more)

I can't believe no one has listed the Electric Light Orchestra! Richard Tandy played Moogs on most of the E.L.O. albums released in the 70s, even though he is often only listed as having played the Polymoog.

Divide-down Polyphony

Everyone always accuses synthesizers that implement divide-down technology as NOT being synthesizers. I'm not sure at all why this is... perhaps a TRUE definition of "synthesizer" should be codified. (and quickly, before people forget that synthesizers started out WITHOUT COMPUTERS.) Anywa...
