For sure the Tempest is very deep. You gave to dive in and do some programming, as you work with it you realize " oh wow it will also do that". Spending time with it provides all kinds if inspiration for many styles of music.

Re: Build and Sell a modern version of the Moog "Constellati

Everyone is going to have an opinion which is fine. The Tempest is not for everyone :). I have only touched on what it can do. It us not meant to be a " real drum" sounding box. If you think if it as only a drum machine you are missing a large portion if what it can do. Think of it as a mu...

Re: Voyager digital boards issues

I had the digital keyboard scan board go up in one of my Signature edition Voyagers about two years ago. At that time the cost for the board out of warranty was around $35. Maybe that has changed . The design of the newer card is slightly different than the original, there is now a dongle type port ...

Re: Animoog 2.1.0: 4Track promotional period?

It is disappointing to have to be logged in to use the four track. There will be times when Internet access is not available. Hopefully this will be addressed in. Future update.

Re: Post your latest purchase!!

Roland Duo-Capture EX audio midi interface. Using primarily with the iPad, works great so far. You need the camera capture kit to brin the Roland in through USB and you need to power the Roland with either its AA batteries or a wall wart. Thought about the Alesis, but for me this was the best choice...

Having two separate sequences running is all kinds of creative fun. The DT has a lot if power under the hoo...

Re: Animoog tune on a Friday

Thanks. I am really enjoying working with Animoog, lots of possibilities under the hood. I have not had time to use it int he studio yet with the other synths or through the studio monitors, everything so far has been with the iPad speakers and or Sony 7506 headphones.

Re: nth Little Phatty problem...

Sorry if I am reading incorrectly but from what you are saying you are trying to play three notes at once? All of the Moog synthesizers are monophonic, can only play one note at a time. So it is performing as it should . Again, sorry if you knew that  . If so, check the poly Assign Mode as suggest...
