Putting the mod and pitch wheels on the top panel above the keyboard is a bad idea according to my opinion. Is it possible to record the position of the modwheel when i record a sequence on the sub37?

I thought that is was possible according to the manual but I can't figure out how to do it... (I don't hear the expected results when I play back te sequence...)
