Re: Gap on the left side of the control panel
Regarding the left side panel: All Moog synthesizers are built with tolerances for manufacturing purposes, and so that they can be serviced quickly in the field. There is a small space on all Phatty synthesizer panels for this reason, however the particular LCD on the Sub 37 makes this tolerance mu...

Re: Sub Phatty: Connection Left (Windows)
This sounds like a MIDI settings issue, but go ahead and try updating to the latest firmware version for the Sub Phatty http://www.moogmusic.com/products/phattys/sub-phatty#downloads-tab If you are running the editor at the same time, please note that The Sub Phatty Editor requires bi-directional MI...

Re: Minitaur problems
It sounds like the unit may be in a strange mode w/ Local Knobs turned off. Regardless, you will want to download the latest firmware version and install it. http://www.moogmusic.com/products/taurus/minitaur#downloads-tab If this doesn't work, please email support@moogmusic.com and we will help you ...

Re: Expression Pedal does not seem to work
The Expression input on Minifoogers is additive. This means that it works from where the knob is currently and adds to it. Try turning the filter all the way down on the Drive and make sure the attenuator knob on your expression pedal is turned up. Also, check the polarity switch position on the bot...

Re: MF105m
Tricks with the MuRF lie in more subtle settings, input overdrive, and also in pattern creation. It is a much more wide range instrument than it seems. You can download the free editor here: http://www.moogmusic.com/products/moogerfoogers/mf-105m-midi-murf#downloads-tab Watch some of the guitar exam...

Re: 104M Not Working - No Delay Sound
Hello Partyboy, This is a strange issue that would most likely be related to using an incorrect power supply, so let me ask a few questions: • Are you using the included 400mA power supply with "center pin" positive connector? • Is anything plugged into the Feedback insert? • Are you sure ...

Re: MF Drive dead already
Yes. At first it was just pausing for a slight second whenever the effect was engaged. Then the pause started getting longer and longer. As the delay got longer, I noticed it would start to swell on. Even the LED would swell up and take a second to turn full on. Eventually it stopped powering on at...

Re: Moog Delay 500 automation
The Drive/Output/Mix controls are fully analog parameters. The unit simply did not sound as good when those parameters were automatable, so we omitted them. The solution is to set the Drive and Output controls at an optimal level. You can then use sends in your DAW sessions (which are recallable) in...

Re: Minifooger Delay release date?
I dunno if anyone asked this yet, but how will the new chips upgrade affect the price? Will the new units cost the same as said before? It has increased our development and manufacturing costs, but we are honoring current pricing for dealer and customer preorders at this time. -Your Friends at Moog...

Re: Minifooger Delay release date?
It's very very similar, but has higher headroom and is just a little more 3D now due to the NOS chip.thealien666 wrote:Maybe this is a silly question but, will it sound much different with the new chips than the demos (presumably of early prototypes) already available in videos around the web ?

Re: Minifooger Delay release date?
Hi, thanks for your response, but I'm still not certain what it means - will they start shipping in April? Most probably not. They said that they will start making them, with the newly redesigned PCB, in April. We can assume that it might take a month or two more before they start shipping ? BTW, t...

Re: Minifooger Delay release date?
Moog Music is most probably victim of the analog BBD chips supplier. These chips (the high quality ones) are difficult to obtain and are often in short supply. Unfortunately, we have been unable to begin production of the MF Delay as quickly as planned. We have received multiple shipments of faulty...
