I love the Ratchet button during Sequence playback.
It would be fun if the "Rest", "Tie", & "Ratchet" buttons did something during ARP playback. (future firmware?)

Matriarch Paraphonic Playing "style"
As a full-polyphonic, or a monophonic (Grandmother) player, I'm having a tough time getting the hang of oscillator rotations in 4-voice polyphony. I've tried various polyphonic firmware settings but when I play with more than two fingers in 4-voice mode, the notes played become too random for my tas...

Re: Grandmother: How to sync modulation rate?
While triggering the mod rate from the KB-Gate-out does start a new S/H note, the actual mod rate isn't affected. That I can tell.

Re: Grandmother: How to sync modulation rate?
I just tried several ways to have "Rate In" to Modulation clock with the Arp/Seq, which is being clocked externally. Even tried "Clock Out" on the rear panel patched to the "Rate In", and got some weird noises (feedback?) when the mod wheel was used. Mainly trying to ha...

Pitch Bend Wheel after key release?
Is there a setting that inhibits the pitch bend wheel after the key is released? I've had this setting on digital synths, but may not be applicable on an analog device. In other words, if I bend a note, then release the key with a longer ENV Release, then release the Pitch Wheel, the note will bend ...

Re: GM keyboard velocity sensitivity issue
I agree, Sensitivity is pretty much "soft or loud". I rarely have my "KB Vel Out" patched in anymore.

GM keyboard velocity
In making the "KBD VEL OUT" patch to the Filter's "CUTOFF IN" (as suggested in the manual), I do get some velocity control, but it's a bit extreme/touchy. So I tried the Attenuator, with limited success. Anyone have better ideas for getting a realistic velocity-sensitive keyboard...

Re: Grandmother Clock In Problem
I was able to get the GM's MIDI clock to sync with an external device serving as the master. (disconnected the midi-out cable just to be sure) Perform the Global Settings on page 37, using MIDI Clock Input to "Follow only". Interestingly, when I turn the Rate knob, the Seq/Arp Rate does ch...

Grandmother MIDI functioning
Has anyone tried using the Grandmother's MIDI functions, particularly to record a sequence, arp, or personal performance? More importantly will the Grandmother take a MIDI INput of a sequence recording? I would really like some way to store a sequence, etc. for using later. Also how well does the MI...
