Re: Buying first analog synth ( Slim or Sub Phatty ?)
I'm very happy with both instruments ~ but if you are more interested in sculpting new sounds consider the Sub is probably a better first choice for several reasons... first and foremost it gives you greater accessibility to all the synth parameters ~ while it's not as logically laid out as the Voya...

Re: Minitaur firmware update soon - your requests here pleas
Thanks Amos! that makes sense ~ what about the functionality of Taurus being able to transpose notes down into playable range via "MIDI TRANSPOSE" - i believe it's 36 semitones in both directions if memory serves... Can you get Minitaur to do that either in Firmware and/or Editor updates? ...

+1 on enabling 'notes above C5' requests - if THAT is physically possible and you can actually make it work...then yeah that MIDI transpose function I asked for ~ not so important

Re: Sub Phatty opinion
Opinion? yes I would and I did  I love my Voyagers (electric blue and XL!) and Minitaur as well -- the SubPhatty is very different again and i love it at least as much for both it's sound and it's look/feel/interface 8) I own the Moog Voyager and MiniTaur. Would you get the Sub Phatty if you al...

Re: Sub Phatty USB/MIDI Issues in Logic Pro 9
You're Welcome! ...not terribly difficult and still in more less the same place in Logic Pro 9 and 10 Project Settings > MIDI > Input Filter if you disable CCs that should take prevent accidentally triggering Solo/Mute you can also filter MIDI from the SubPhatty itself not sure why, yet it's early d...

Re: Case for a Sub Phatty
good question... have not seen anything about a dustcover from MOOG on it yet ... and have been using a towel for now... but would get one if/when they do, since they have excellent quality ones for all the rest of the instruments, however they have been bumping back/forward the date several months ...

Re: Sub Phatty beta firmware - final bug roundup
Hi Amos if I understand you correctly, IMHO that behaviour would be far superior — as it is, hitting the activate button on the synth is like hitting the RANDOM button in the editor but if it were to return you to a user designated sound or even a 'safe' bland factory one that would indeed be far mo...
