Really have to know what version you’re updating from. Did you use the boot loader update first?

Re: latest firmware update messed up my phatty
Did you download and use the newer boot loader, v1.1 I think it is?
Just checked, and it’s v1.1. Without it, you can’t update the firmware from 1.XX TO 3.21. You should do a search on this forum for “bootloader,” read the threads discussing this, and probably contact Moog customer service.

If you get a latching footswitch, like the Boss FS—5L, you press and it stays on until you press again.

Yes, and he will authorize an RMA if your Voyager is in the serial number range. It is a Voyager Select, yes?
Good luck.

I have used silicon fuel lines for RC plane engines to replace one or two of these and it worked fine. Get the right size at your local hobby shop.

Re: Voyager LCD Screen Glitches
I have a Voyager Select, but I can’t imagine there’s a difference. With the back open, a red connector with two small wires is visible. It connects to the small audio out jack board. Reconnecting this firmly solved my problem. But I had audio issues as well. Good luck, and contact Moog if nothing he...

Re: Does anyone still have their box for the Voyager?
Maybe it’s worth checking with Moog to see if they’ll send you another one. Much lighter to ship than a road case. What’s wrong with your Voyager? Just curious. Good luck.

Unplug it, wait a few minutes, and open the back and check the input jack board connections, the red one in particular. I had this problem, and Andy from Moog helped me troubleshoot it. Good luck.
