Re: Claim of delays on Grandmother on Gearslutz
A large percentage of the guys over on that site are knobs anyway.
They've had a go at me on more than one occasion for owning two CS80's and four Minimoog's.

Re: 904A output intermittently is only noise
If it is intermittent it sounds like it could be a dry joint. Try pulling the module out of the rack so you can push on the cct board with a pencil or something non conductive, then pass audio through it and lightly press on different parts of the board. If you can make it do it and then make it sto...

Minimoog re-issue V-trigger output...
Hi folks,
I have a question - would anyone here know if the new Minimoog reissue uses an 'edge' trigger or a 'level' trigger output..? What I need to know is does the trigger stay high for as long as a key is held..?
Cheerz,
Tom

Re: Model D Filter EG as oscillator modulation source behavi
I don't believe the original Minimoog model D has the option to route the filter EG to pitch. I tried on four different Minimoog's and I couldn't manage it.
As this behringer module is supposedly and by all accounts an exact indistinguishable copy I'm surprised you managed it...!?

Re: Moog Modular with MIDI
Thanks for your quick reply! I've tried all different gate and s-trig settings of the Kenton. I also tried a Roland MPU-101 with the gate to s-trig cable. Same results. Just a clarification, it's not infinite sustain, the note shuts off just fine, it's just that the sustain knob doesn't do anything...

Re: 904b schematic verify
Terry, I've researched both the 904-b schematic you mentioned and shown us here in this thread... and also the layout diagram you shared, and it appears to me that the 'errors' aren't actually errors in the schematic as such - not like the 'revised' or 'corrected' part would have us believe. It look...

what are you using for a delay?
I have an Alesis Midiverb4 in my mixer rack which provides a little echo... and there is also the Moog 905 spring reverb unit of course..!

Re: Polymoog "Rev 2" High Quality" New Powersupply
Personally I really don't like switch mode power supplies. They do go faulty and when they do they can basically self destruct. You can't really repair them either - not easily anyway. What you guys gonna do when your SMPS gets old and eventually gives up - as they all do...? I much prefer a linear ...

Re: Karn Evil 9 3rd Impression Arpeggiating sound on Minimoo
I know he actually used the 960... but you can also get that slow rising effect that Emo used on the 'Great Gates' using the S&H module... I did this with the 1125 unit I built...
