Firmware update MF-105M?

I am loving the Midimurf, it is a central point of my setup. The pattern editor is vital to me. I find that I can't load stored patterns from my computer. The patterns are stored without an extension, could this be the key to the problem? Is there a simple workaround or is this a firmware issue? Fix...

Re: Can't send patterns to MuRF 105M (Mac)

Don't try to save the patterns, that seems not to work. I tend to edit patterns live, with the results being heard in real time. Once you have clicked "send pattern as" and the murf is set to the same pattern number, it updates itself as you write the pattern.

Roughening up the 102 carrier out

I am using the carrier out of the MF-102 as a sound source for other pedals, among others a murf. What is the best way to create stronger and more widely-spread harmonics in the wave? I find that a (borrowed) Rat pedal gives some nice edge to the sound. Is there any point buying a "good" d...

Little Phatty arpeggiator source LFO

It says in the manual that the arpeggiator can take its rate from the LFO, but in the menu I only get the option for "internal" and "midi". Is this a firmware upgrade issue?

Thanks

Re: A couple of Phatty questions (newbie)

I have an LP not a SP but they are the same. Used to have a Minitaur. The Minitaur has massive bass, but so too does the phatty. And the phatty can do loads of other stuff too, so I would go for the SP personally.

Ring mod MF-102 all lights on, frozen

My ring mod has frozen up, doesn't respond, and all lights are on without flashing. It also emits noise. Is this a known problem with a simple cure or is it time to take it in for service?

Sync MF-105M and MF-108M ?

Hi there Moog experts I want to sync the LFO of the 108M with the rate of the pattern of the 105M, how do I do this? Can I choose how many steps in the pattern of the 105M are contained within one cycle of the 108M's LFO? For example I have looked at using an external midi clock, but when 1 step = 1...

Re: phatty lacks serial number

Obviously, I know that. But, it's not stolen. I was hoping that there might be a copy of the serial number inside the instrument, or in the software. I take it that no such duplication of the serial number exists?

Re: phatty lacks serial number

Unfortunately there is no serial number on the outside of this one, why I don't know. Is there one in the software or on the inside of the instrument?
