Since it is sold as an FX pedal they probably figured it wouldn't be an often-used feature.

Re: Good amp for LP?
I also run my Little Phatty and Slim Phatty through my bass rig (but I guess that's because I'm a bassist and use synth for bass purposes mainly aswell as some mid-high stuff). My Rig is: Gallien Krueger 1001RB-II Bi-Amp Head 2 x Gallien Krueger 410 RBH 8ohm Cabinets (with tweeters) 700watts to the ...

Thanks for the responses!
There are some good ideas to think about above. I just wonder why they wouldn't make the Freqbox 1v/octave..
Thanks,

Re: Bass Guitar > MF-107 Freqbox > Little Phatty?
So I guess what you're saying is that the Freqbox osc. out isn't a normal pitch CV output. Ohwell, I've got a Divided Pickup for my Bass so I'll go the midi conversion route..

Bass Guitar > MF-107 Freqbox > Little Phatty?
Hey there, I'm primarily a bassist and do not own a MF-107 Freqbox yet, but I do own a Little Phatty Stage II (with CV Output Mod), Slim Phatty, CP-251 and EP-2 for synth bass purposes. I'm interested in the MF-107 Freqbox for use with both my bass guitar (synth fuzz pedal) and my Moog synths (for m...

Re: LP Stage II skipping notes in a LP + SP duophonic setup!
Have you found a solution yet? I have a similar but slightly different problem with the same setup (they play together but sometimes I get a note dropping away from one of the synths when that key is still pressed). The only thing I can suggest is trying selecting the "ALL NOTES OFF" optio...

Re: CV output controlling modular equipment
I've got the CV output mod for this very reason also - are you saying I can't run the Pitch CV through a passive multiple module to control VCO's etc. without the signals loosing their tuning? If so that is somewhat disappointing.. A few questions: - Does a buffered multiple mean it is powered? Beca...

Re: SP midi controller woes(please help)
I tried to use my Slim Phatty with a Midi Controller once but found that it had no midi out port, only USB-B like yours. I couldn't track down any USB-B - USB-B cables (I guess I could have made one though) so I ended up borrowing another Midi Controller from a friend which had a midi out port. I'm ...

Re: Costs of factory upgrades... that aren't done at the fac
Hi, I live in New Zealand and had to get a pitch wheel repair/calibration for my Stage II Little Phatty locally in New Zealand - so I figured I'd get the CV Output Mod while it was away. The total price was NZ$500 which is about US$422.. I'm not sure what the ratio of repair cost/mod cost was, but i...

Good Idea! I shall use this method often from now on (or until there's an OS update which adds the patch volume feature).Sir Nose wrote:Or you could use an expression pedal to make it easier on the fly.

Dropped Note Issue with Poly LP + SP (v3.1 build 672)
Hey there, I just added a Slim Phatty to my Little Phatty Stage II for poly-fun and I installed firmware v3.1 (build 672) to both units. However, I am getting the "dropped note" problem as the manual addendum mentions, but selecting "ALL NOTES OFF" does not solve the problem. As ...

You can do it over USB straight from your computer to your Phatty - That's what I did, and all is well.nerve wrote:Thanks kamilof,
I don't have a midi interface on this computer, is there a link to the files? Can I do it over the USB?

Re: Little Phatty Output Level
I asked this question when I first got my Little Phatty.. The answer is there is no way to save a set volume for each patch - the volume of each patch will depend on it's settings (Osc volumes, Overload, Envelope settings etc.).. Volumes will have to be quickly tweaked during patch changes with the ...

Thanks for the replys! Yea I did muck around with changing the oscillator volumes and sustain levels etc. I'm sure I'll get good at quick volume tweakings and tweaking the patches in general, because I can see how it would be complicated if Moog put 'patch volume level' on the Little Phatty. Thanks!...

Newbie Question: Patch Volumes
This is probably an incredibly noob question but:
How do you go about matching patch volumes for a number of patches in a set list?
Any responses would be great!
Thanks!
