Hi all. I've just built this . Yes, a MIDI theremin! Now, it definately is no Moog, for one it's cheap and plastic, (but one could build a new case and antennae) the range is about 10cm around each antenna and the note "jumps" if your hand is not perfectly still. But it is an okay controll...
