Re: Sub 37 rumors/new features wishlist
I've seen requests for multiple mod destinations - not sure if that's possible with the architecture but it would be super... It would be nice if the CV mapping assignments could be done by grabbing the knob like the Mod destination is now... And parameter value display would be useful too

Re: MF-104M quirk
I had the same issue, after erasing and resending firmware and recalibrating it is fine again... also running 1.1.3 before and after - I think it may have been some sort of MIDI induced confusion in the 104 as I noticed it immediately after using the 'edit' mode on my M-Audio key station controller ...

Re: Suggentions for case or softbag for Sub 37
Hi - I just picked up the gig bag for my 37 and I'm wondering about the straps - is this what people have been referring to as 'crossing the straps'? I can't say I feel all that comfortable with them right on the knobs like that...
how is the best way to strap it in?
thanks,
Stew

Re: Sub 37 Case?
I too am interested in opinions - considering the moulded case because I need something protective and preferably not so bulky as a flight case but the flight case is only marginally more expensive and presumably is the most protection a case can offer... is the ATA overkill for general use? I mostl...

Sub 37 Gate Step Advance
Does anyone have any tips of how to make this work reliably with a DAW output? (or if that's even possible?) I'm feeding it a cross stick / click track directly from my D/A converters (although I've tried all sorts of things now) and I can get it to advance but no matter what I try the sequencer ski...

Re: Time For New Moogerfoogers!
A 914-esque fixed filter bank moogerfooger would be amazing - with control voltage inputs! I'm glad I got my 104M when I did, but I'm sure there will be a fantastic new 104 version on the way with a more available BBD chip and we can all argue that the old ones are better because that's what we do 8)

Re: Mod Source not responding. Is my Sub Phatty broken?
I had the exact same issue with my SubPhatty and the LFO switch itself needed replacing. The repair was $167 from the local authorized service centre in Toronto which in my experience is pretty steep for a single switch replacement so I'm assuming it requires fairly extensive disassembly / reassembl...

Re: Sub37 Expression pedal MIDI output
that's normal. The filter input jack isn't even scanned digitally (which would be needed in order to output a changing MIDI value); it's just an analog input directly to the filter cutoff. So you are wiggling a voltage and you can hear the result but it's nothing you can output as MIDI in that case...

Sub37 Expression pedal MIDI output
Just curious if I'm missing something - my Sub37 works great with my EP3 but I can't get any DAW (Logic or Pro Tools) to record the expression pedal movements as MIDI. Is that normal? All of the panel moves I make are recorded and played back correctly (including if I move the filter cutoff by hand,...

Re: Sub 37 feature suggestions - firmware updates
When selecting a Program Destination for a Modulation, it would be cool if you could just hold the Cursor button (or any other button that can behave like a Shift function) and turn a knob or press a button you want to modulate. Maybe you don't have to hold any button at all, just press Cursor to g...

Re: Sub37 negative modulation on Bus 2 not working
In case anyone was following this, I spoke with Moog's service department and they sent me SysEx files to calibrate the pots which solved the problem. Mod 2 now has the full amount of positive and negative modulation, and 'noon' is once again zero modulation

Re: Sub37 negative modulation on Bus 2 not working
thanks for the reply - all 4 controller options on the Mod 2 control page are set to 'off' I'm certainly hoping it's a setting issue though... maybe something deeper that I'm not even aware of? also, I've now observed that the point at which I can achieve neither positive nor negative modulation is ...

Re: Sub37 negative modulation on Bus 2 not working
firing it up again this morning after numerous restarts and restoring the initial settings before giving up on it last night it now has some negative modulation available again however the 'zero' modulation point for those two knobs is not the detente at noon, but a carefully balanced point somewher...

Sub37 negative modulation on Bus 2 not working
Hi - I seem to have lost negative modulation capability on bus 2 for the filter amount and for the programmable destination (Mod 2 amount) the pitch amount is working fine on mod bus 2 as is everything on mod bus 1. It's as if the control for those two pots now goes from 0% at fully counterclockwise...
