Re: Sub 37 and Logic
The latest firmware is version 1.2.0, which comes with the Sub 37 Editor 1.0.0 download. But somehow I can't seem to find that PDF now... I'll let you know when I find it. However, there is this important message in the Sub 37 Editor User Manual on page 10: WARNING: Before using your Sub 37 with a ...

Re: Sub 37 and Logic
The Sub 37 firmware update comes with a PDF that explains how to setup a Sub 37 with Logic. Have you tried following those tips? I can't find this PDF you mention (although I have my 37 working pretty well with Logic I'd be quite interested to see what they say about it officially) Which firmware u...

Re: Knob removal - any suggestions?
I ended up using a pointy metal spoon to pry the knob up against a smooth plastic spoon the metal spoon and the panel and they all came off very easily with not a single mark

Re: 1/8" patch panel to connect mother to foogers
That's a workaround that would make the connection for sure, but what I'm hoping to find is a way to bring all the CV and audio connections of my external gear into the eurorack frame - there's 9 jacks on each of my moogerfoogers and while I can't see using all 9 at once, I have no interest in fishi...

Re: 1/8" patch panel to connect mother to foogers
I find adapters too clumsy - all I really want is some tie lines so that I can easily integrate external synths and processing into a eurorack rig without having to look for the right adapter at any given time... I'd like to have 48 tie lines ultimately so I can access all the audio and CV connectio...

1/8" patch panel to connect mother to foogers
Does anyone know of a passive eurorack patch bay/tie-line module? I'd like to have all the CV connections of my 3 foogers and sub37 available to the mother 32 with no adapters... Maybe integrate some of my other external gear too - it could break out on the back to DSub or 1/4" or something els...

Knob removal - any suggestions?
I need to remove the knobs on my 37 to do a field replacement of a PCB but apart from the filter knob they are stuck on the pots like crazy - does anyone know how to best remove them without marking up the panel?
Thanks!
Stew

Re: Sub 37 rumors/new features wishlist
I would love to be able to add steps beyond 16 to a sequence while it's in latch play - the scroll could just stop momentarily while you are on the next page in order to set the new end step and then pick up when the step catches up to the page that is active

Re: MF-102, mf-103: 12-15 volts?
Yes, the advantage to using a higher voltage is that you will now have a functional door stop. Stephen . I think they may have meant using a supply that is on the high end of that voltage range (15V) rather than the 9V supplies that ship with moogerfoogers to which I would also be curious to know i...

Re: Audio I/O connection to patchbay
It's been a while since I've used an X-Desk but I took a glance at the block diagram: http://sslweb.solidstatelogic.com.s3.amazonaws.com/content/x-desk/pdfs/documents/X-Desk_Block_large.jpg and it looks like if you take a post fader send to the direct out then the input signal of that channel will g...

Re: Talk me into keeping my MF104M
Before you ditch the 104 try using it as a send/return off your mixer instead of routing directly through it. I bring the returns back to a pair of inputs and mix to taste. I've found that using the 104 in this way the audio doesn't get taken over and swallowed whole by the delay. Hmm, I'm a bit co...

Re: I may have screwed up....bought Moog 104z
Another agreement about setting delays by ear - I have a 104M and when I first got it I was synching to MIDI clock constantly. A short stretch of studio re-arranging made that inconvenient to do for a few weeks until I got my MIDI act back together and since hooking MIDI back up I've yet to synch it...

Re: Sub sound versus Sub 37 sound
You can achieve feedback on the Sub Phatty by taking the phones OUT to the Ext IN then use the Ext Mix knob to add feedback. I do it all the time with my SubP :) Yes you can. But is the signal path identical to the internal feedback routing on the Sub37? Secondly the feedback circuit may have addit...

Re: Sub 37 rumors/new features wishlist
I also would really like if the octave range buttons for the keyboard didn't affect a note that was currently being held and waited until the next note to take effect like on the subphatty
