Anyone owned a tape echo and a MF Delay Pedal?

I own a Rexer tape Echo and have been quite tempted recently to sell it and put the money towards the MF delay pedal. Is there any advantage to keeping the Tape Echo?

I noticed the other expander units didn't have the red jacks... this may be a silly question, but you did make sure that it was a CP-251 right? Or maybe they ran out of them at the factory that day and still had to ship some out. Also, if you do find red nuts somewhere, I am quite interested in gett...

Someone should just make some labels along with the matching reverse order versions for the back (good idea by the way). This way anyone with a patchbay could just buy the right set of labels for what they own and they have a front-loaded Fooger rack.

MoogerFooger Jack Rack

It seems like there is alot of discussion here about patchbays and the idea of moving the jacks from the back of the Foogers to be more accessible. I think this could make a fun thread, so here it is! Post any and all ideas for jack expanding devices here. I will start it off with this. This is a co...

I use my Freq Box in a few different ways, many more to follow I am sure. I use my Doepfer MCV24 (Midi to CV convertor) to give it note info through the Freq in, then take the osc out and run that through an attenuator to get a line level signal. Basically use it as a playable synthesizer voice. I a...

Yeah, that would be cool. If you left the stomp button on, you could even keep it to a small 1 rack space add-on piece/kit to the top (maybe for all 3 pedals in a rack?). It would give you a wire(s) to extend, if needed, and have holes for the jacks to be placed into the new top/forward facing plate...

As mentioned above, there is a way to advance the Murph step by step which is quite different than the tapping the tempo. Moog sells an adapter for the Tap/Step input, or you can get a Stereo "Y" cable that splits into "Tip" and "Ring" outs. From there you can figure ou...

I voted both. What drew me into the Moogerfooger line was the guitar effect approach. I had no idea what it was capable of when I bought my used phaser pedal. All I knew was that it was better than any phaser pedal I had ever seeen. It was later, when I downloaded the manual that I realized that the...
