Those are some really nice keyboard stands. About the beefiest I have ever seen, and I like the casters a lot too. Who makes those and where did you find them? Thanks. They are Quiklok- Z-726 to the left, Z-726L to the right, each with various accessories. The castors are cool- make it SO much easi...

Yes, an Andromeda. I have the Y2K analog power duo. :) The walnut on my unit is nicely figured, I was very happy with the woodwork. I also like the vintage/modern combo of having the original walnut with the new blue backlight. That walnut is BEEEEE-utiful!!!!! I am speechless.... My slightly more ...

Quiklok makes great stuff, and has a lot of options. If you are only using the Voyager and don't need a second tier, you may also consider the WS-540: http://www.quiklok.com/catalog/files/WS540_m.jpg Are you sure you want the sub directly beneath it? You could risk kicking accidentally.... I have my...

Don't forget that the MiniMoog on Magic Man was modified to be duo-phonic. Otherwise, it is pretty much a square wave with a lot of resonance on the filter....

I have to admit, I do like the "Fire" color, it looks nice in the dark, and the red doesn't screw up you night vision. Personally, I think the trend towards blue LEDs is not good, it is too harsh and blinding. I am still making do with the gooseneck on my Performer, but I kinda wish now I ...

Speaking of "Rick Wakeman on the MiniMoog," I am curious as to why he continues to use a MiniMoog as opposed to a Voyager (everyone remembers the video if him trying out a Voyager at Messe a few years ago, right?)?

That was the only thing that looked "off" to me- damn, you guys are good!

Funny thing, the power cord connection was the only problem I ever had with my Mini ('75-82).

How are you able to tell it is a DoniMoog? At first glance it looks like a very well preserved mid-production run (around serial# 6500?) Mini....I am no expert like KL and MC, I could have been fooled.

FYI- Moog Documentary on TV

Broadcast on "ShowTime" channel on 3/3/07, not sure when the next one will be, but it is pretty cool to see that it made the mainstream.....

Aftertouch still a bit touchy?

I had the Aftertouch Mod done to my Performer (along with the 3.x upgrade and filter glide), and I still think it is a bit too sensitive, especially compared to other keyboards with a similar keybed (A6, PEK). It is certainly much better than before, but does anyone agree/disagree with me that it wo...
