If your looking for polyphonic and you want to stay analog, I'd say Prophet 08 if you have the dough, (I had a oppurtunity to buy one for 1200$ mint condition only 2 months old, but the bid ended in about 20 minutes haha) Also, something I have'nt seen mentioned here yet is a much cheaper option, w...

I think its the bit about the preamps that interest me the most, and is something i'd like to look into... like I said earlier, right now I'm using a M-Audio Fastrack Pro, and I can't help to think the pre-amp is a little low on the quality side. It would be nice to run all my mics and synths throu...

I am currently using a Mackie onyx400f, I love it. 4 crystal clear preamps, 8 ins/outs all assignable in the software mixer. First software mixer I've ever bought, it flashes the firmware every time you close the mixer. 192khz isnt bad either. It saves me a lot of space, 1ru. I have a ART preamp to ...

Bryan T wrote:Personally, I'd probably pay $2K for an 8-voice analog synth. Something like a Little Phatty, but polyphonic.

Folks who are talking about $5K or $8K are in a different world than I am.
I think you mean "than the rest of us"

Not sure if your supplier will help untill after you contact Moog. I'm sure they keep a detailed list of repairs, or even sales to distributers. If it makes you feel any better when I got my LPSEII, the bag it was encased in was not taped shut, as if it had been opened. I contacted Moog and they sai...

First I would contact Moog customer support line, then depending n their answer, contact the resaler before the return policy runs out. These things are assembled in Asheville, N.C., not Asia on some automated assembly line! Human oversight in packing may have occurred :(

Gotcha, I don't think I have that problem, I'll check it out.

Just started using Bankstepv2.1, got Consequence too.

Or for some real fun try this one! http://www.wizardmaster.com/bludgeonsof ... index.html

Re: MIDI bug report

I have a Kenton interface that has a MIDI port that filters incoming clock commands so I can still use the Little Phatty in my system in some way, that is, I can send notes and controllers to it but I can´t sync the arpeggiator at the same time. A VST plug as a master sequencer? Please read careful...

Anyone using Alesis MultiMix 12r, looks very functional for the price. Just wondering how the pre-amps sound. I have a Behringer 1204fx-pro cheap, works, if it broke I wouldn't cry though!

Doesn't look very stable. I have a Quik-lok Z-14, at it's lowest setting it is low enough fro seated position and can also be adjusted for when I stand up (live gigs) .
