Not sure if your supplier will help untill after you contact Moog. I'm sure they keep a detailed list of repairs, or even sales to distributers. First I would contact Moog customer support line, then depending n their answer, contact the resaler before the return policy runs out. These things are assembled in Asheville, N.C., not Asia on some automated assembly line! Human oversight in packing may have occurred

Anyone using Alesis MultiMix 12r, looks very functional for the price. Just wondering how the pre-amps sound. I have a Behringer 1204fx-pro cheap, works, if it broke I wouldn't cry though!

Doesn't look very stable. I have a Quik-lok Z-14, at it's lowest setting it is low enough fro seated position and can also be adjusted for when I stand up (live gigs) .
