Re: Sub Phatty LFO sync to Host Issue

Probably as i'm thinking about it. You might try sending 'MIDI clock out' in logic to the Sub Phatty.
I cannot test it right now, but that might be the trick?

I'll test this later today and report here! :)

Re: Sub Phatty LFO sync to Host Issue

I'm figuring this one out too.. I did notice however that IF the editor (and channel strip) are set to other Midi channels (IN and OUT) than 1, the editor behaves erratically in Logic.(LFO Range and KB AMT, MIDI SYNC do not work etc..) So try this first, however I'm not sure this will fix it since I...

Re: Sub phatty sync problem in logic / how do i use the plug

No the plugin is great.. but I guess we are misunderstanding each other.. just to be sure: add a track.. choose 'software instrument' when asked what kind of track.. as an instrument you choose 'external instrument' with the right audio and midi ports. Then as Audio FX plugin you choose the moog edi...

Re: Sub phatty sync problem in logic / how do i use the plug

you should not select an external instrument track, as I said before, choose an software instrument track. Then as software instrument (plugin) you choose 'External instrument'. If you do this you should choose the right inputs for the sound from the interface and voila! Now you have a midi track th...

Re: Sub phatty sync problem in logic ?

I had the same recently.. It had to do with the kind of track I made..
You should make an 'software instrument track' and as an instrument choose 'external instrument'.
If you set it up like this the strange sync problem is gone..

Hope this helps..

Keyboard stand for Sub Phatty

Hi there, I have been looking for quite a while for a good keyboard stand for the sub phatty. Since the Sub is not so wide a lot of stands do not really fit the Sub. I have finally found a perfect one and wanted to share this to maybe simplify your search for one! The KS400B from hercules is sturdy,...

Sub Phatty: crackling sounds when turning cutoff..

Hi there, I have some irritating radom crackles and ticks when turning the cutoff knob of my sub phatty. I have nothing attached except audio out.. Strangely it didn't do this before, and I am really gentle with my precious. I'm running beta 1.4.1. Could this be firmware / software issues? I hope so...

Re: Clock & Sub Phatty LFO

LFO MIDI SYNC This function lets you synchronize the Sub Phatty’s LFO with an external MIDI clock signal, typically from another synth, a sequencer, or a digital audio workstation. When synced, the LFO rate locks to tempo, oscillating in rhythm with its clock source. The LFO RATE knob lets you selec...

Re: Your must have Foogers

I would say the 104 delay, the 105 MIDI murf and maybe the CP-251 to be able to add some weird CV routings..
That would be my pick! However the sad case is, I don't own any of these, so take this with a grain of salt. :)

Re: Sub Phatty Editor - beta test feeedback

Yep, I was already afraid of that those would be logic issues.. ;)

However in the standalone editor of the Sub Phatty the KB semi setting does not respond to manual adjustments.
In other words, it changes with presets but if you want to manually adjust nothing happens..

Re: Sub Phatty Editor - beta test feeedback

Hi there, I've just upgraded to logic X so I'm not sure if the following behavior is to blame the SP editor or logic. I have a few weird things happening. I have an instrument track to record the sound from the SP, and a Midi track with the editor as Plugin. (SP is connected trough USB) -First, when...
