Re: Sequencing the T3 80s style
There will be an export MIDI function in your DAW. Once exported you can upload here by hitting the 'Upload Attachment' tab when you reply to the topic.

Re: Sequencing the T3 80s style
Can you post the MIDI file and I'll try it in my DAW?
Does it only trigger late when using the arp or is it also late when just playing straight notes without you triggering?
Do you have "Local" switched off?

Re: Sequencing the T3 80s style
I would try changing some settings in the MIDI menu. For instance you could set MIDI Filter to "Notes Only" and maybe try changing the MIDI Sync Start to "Start MSG" if it's set to "Any CLOCK" or vice versa. I don't really think that will make any difference, clutching ...

Do you have no way of using a computer to sequence the T3, just for testing purposes?

Re: T3 Weird Patch Save Glitch
Could you write down every parameter of the patch (not just the ones you changed) and post them here and I'll try and replicate this. I'd like the written version rather than a patch as then I might be able to see where it goes wrong. Also post your global settings.

Re: I love Minitaur, should I buy Taurus 3???
You can also go for a Taurus II reassured, after my tech and I found out a great way to upgrade and bring this thing pretty close to the T1. I experimented with both now for months. That this item is said to be a kind of trashcan of the ancient Moog Company is now history. A description of the mod ...

Re: I love Minitaur, should I buy Taurus 3???
Yes only about 1500 were made, no new ones for some time. What country are you in? This may affect how likely you are to find a set second hand.

Re: I love Minitaur, should I buy Taurus 3???
Do you need the form factor or is it just sound difference you're interested in? T3 differences: Foot pedals (obviously) Large and heavy +Arpeggiator +More LFO waves +Beat control -No computer-based editor -No square wave In VCO -No software activated note sync or key tracking -ASR rather than ADSR ...

A bigger and better version you ask? Already happened, it was the Taurus 3. And I had to wait nearly two years for mine so count yourself lucky!

Keep it and wait for the second-hand Korg Odysseys to appear on the market. I feel there'll be quite a few people selling them on so prices should be low.

Re: Moog to release modules this year
While I can appreciate correctness in communications (I have the hardest time NOT correcting people that sound like a cow when pronouncing "Moog" ) it is very common to refer to 3.5mm jacks and plugs as 1/8" and has been so for a very long time. Not this side of the pond it has...

Thanks for remembering us T3 users. Sadly this update arrives the day before I go on a two week holiday so I will be thinking about trying this the whole time!
