Re: Taurus 3 vs Model D without a war...
So the Model D has been reissued. Everyone says the Minitaur wins in a bass fight when it comes to the Sub 37 and Voyager. I would love to know a result between the Minitaur the Model D in a bass battle. This is a pretty good comparison... https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=rKKXWvDqWnQ Does anyone have ...

Re: My Pedalboard
Beautiful!!
I would never dare do this, in particular take off the ears of the Moogerfoogers. I like having them handy independently. But seeing this could make me change my mind. Excellent execution.

Re: Best Sequencer for Multiple Moogerfoogers?
Just to be clear, IS there any problem with using the Beatstep Pro with moogerfoogers? On the Arturia homepage https://www.arturia.com/faq/utilization/beatstep-pro-general-questions it says that 10V "won't broke your machine" (sic) if it requires 5V. I would like to know the authoritative...

Re: Your Number 1 Synth
I have very few to choose from, but the Minitaur was everything I had hoped for at first touch. That sound, that sound! So it is clearly my no. 1. I will never move up to Model D or anything in that neighborhood, as it is too expensive for me, and since I am mainly a guitar player. But I just got a ...

Re: Is my power supply original?
I have a couple of those with the blue circular thing. I would guess they are legit. Both of mine came from respected vendors when buying a new MoogerFooger. I did notice that they were not identical to the "old" one I had. So far they have worked.
Not confirmation, I know.

Re: Best Sequencer for Multiple Moogerfoogers?
Thanks! The format is definitely more to my taste. Still, it seems to be a unit to be installed in a box. But very good suggestion! Actually, the attenuator doesn't have to be installed in a box. As a quick & easy Saturday afternoon project, I took a couple of passive Synthesizers.com modules a...

Re: Best Sequencer for Multiple Moogerfoogers?
Maybe consider this 5X attenuator from Analog Craftsman: http://analogcraftsman.com/?product=5x-attenuator#tab-description The standard model sounds like exactly what you are looking for, and provides 1/4" jacks (in the larger 5U 'Moog Unit' format) instead of 1/8" (3U Eurorack). Thanks! ...

Re: Best Sequencer for Multiple Moogerfoogers?
Well there is this little self-contained device: moogerfooger_cp-251_control processor.jpg  Sure!! I have one already :D . But I would need two more if I would control my Minitaur with BSP cv out (so far I use the midi, and it works fine, so it is not a biggie). And for current purposes two m...

Still not the right color scheme, but consider the Arturia BeatStep Pro: http://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/BeatStepPro Check out what jsharpphoto did with his where he posted a couple photos on page 81 of the "Post your latest purchase!!" thread: http://forum.moogmusic.com/viewtopic....

Re: First Moog
The Arturia Beatstep Pro would work. It sends gate, pitch cv and "velocity" cv for two separate channels at once. The "velocity" lane can be used for anything that you can modulate that is l as precise than pitch. Filter cutoff would be the most commonly used. Are you saying tha...

Re: Minitaur Editor Windows 7 x64
I cannot get the Minitaur editor to work as a vst in cubase 8.5 on a windows 7 x64 machine. Have tried most of the driver and firmware combinations but had to roll the driver back to the windows default to keep basic midi working with the minitaur. Adam from Moog tried to help but it seems like a w...

Re: What is this thing?
Or the person has been confused by the unit's "moog" label with the very non-standard font.Struble wrote:It's a DIY synth. It's just being listed by someone who put Moog on the description to maximize views.
But you are right, it looks clearly like a DIY. Could be fun to hear how it sounds.

Re: popping from lfo
Yeah, I know the waveshapes and understand that the ticking originates from this spike in the wave. Of course it doesn't happen with a triangle wave. Is there a way to prevent it? I tried patching the lfo thru an overdrive pedal so i can lower the volume (fake attenuator) , but got no lfo at all. M...

MF-108M malfunction: All leds are yellow
My cluster flux has stopped working. When I plug it on, it just lights up with all leds at constant yellow. Just happened from one day to the other. Unless it got jealous because my Minitaur got upgraded with wood panels, nothing else happened. I have tried using my MF-104M power supply, and the res...
