When you turn on your Minimoog, the loading screen will display the version in very small text. It should say V3.5

Many Moog instruments including the Minimoog Model D have used high quality overlays. They are extremely reliable and help to protect the front panel - even in direct sunlight. Running certain other applications in the background can cause this.
Try turning off all background applications and see if that helps.
