the missing (taurus) link

ladies and gentlemen i present you with the FrankenTaurus. it is the strange amalgamation of the T1 & T2. one thing is for certain, it is not quite a T2 1/2 or a T3 but i believe it has some historical significance in the Taurus story. http://www.goldenearring.nl/rinus/gear/electric-stagesetup1....

i have seen quite a few auctions end untouched in the last 6 months. average price for a T1 set is around $2400/2500 at moment. i bet they dip well below $1995 in the coming months as players with the $$$ and desire to purchase the Taurus sound ponder... $2500 for a 30+ year old instrument showing s...

@R6.02 -
Please do that T1/T3 comparison and share your results with us. I know Moog will deliver on their promise as per the T1 sound but I am curious about the subtle differences.

MORE PICS: sides and back ... you thought you were drooling over the last pic... :shock: OMG i know Moog said they were limiting to only 1000 units but ya know what? once this thing starts shipping, hits the shops, maybe makes an appearance at Winter NAMM, it's going to sell out. the taurus selling ...

i will be mailing my info via USPS. never send anything like this via email - ever. i'm really shocked that they asked for this info in this manner.

EDIT: scratch that, I faxed today.

by the description, it sounds like a pretty nice, heavy duty, with casters, run-of-the-mill ATA300 road case. $495 is about average if you were to order a case for your pedals from the likes of R&R or A&S/KrizKraft. You might get a break if you were ordering multiple cases for your instrumen...
