You should check out a British company called Modal Electronics. They make two models: Modulus 002 (digital oscillators, analog filter) and Modulus 008 (completely discrete analog). Their synths are fairly expensive, but they are definitely worth it.

I agree with the sentiments here. I got my Sub 37 a few days ago, and it's great. :) It was a bit weird at first, as the Sub 37's oscillators and filter behave a bit differently than on Voyager. After becoming familiar with Sub 37's architecture and sound, in some ways I prefer Sub 37 with its mixer...
