To Assymetrical:
You do not need to input any real data into the credit card fields for a warranty repair. Just put "1111" or something in each field. The CC info is for out of warranty repair customers to provide payment information.
Thanks,
Andy Hughes

Re: [Sub 37] Pitch wheel mis-calibrated?
Hi guys, Andy from the Moog Tech Lab here. If recalibrating the pitch wheel(and other pots) is not permanently correcting the issue, and it does not appear to be an EEPROM issue as described by Amos above, then it is entirely possible that there is a defective or damaged potentiometer in the pitch w...

Re: Filter Knob problem (SUB 37)
Hi Everyone, Andy from Moog Tech Support here! The Cutoff Pot on the Sub 25/37 has a much bigger knob on it and therefore it can feel like there is a little more play in the pot due to the increased moment arm acting on the pot shaft due to the increased distance to the edge of the knob. Do not worr...

Re: slim phatty osc2 unstable and out of tune
Hi there, Andy from Moog Tech Support here!!! First, for best results the OSC 2 calibration should be performed as soon after the Note Calibration is complete. Second, the auto tuning algorithm is temperature sensitive, so it is really best to perform this after a full 30 minutes of warm up and to r...

Re: Theremini shaking tone
Hi there! Andy from Moog Tech Support here. It sounds like his Theremini is being subjected to outside interference. The Theremini (and all Theremins) is susceptible to outside interference if it is too strong. Interference can come from many sources either from over the power line that it is connec...
