Re: Where's my Iridiscent Moog Sticker?

Hi, After registering my Sub 37 in february, i recieved a couple of weeks later a mail with only a sticker on it. First, i was thinking it was missing something (a registering confirmation for exemple), but thanks to this post i undestand now ! I registered some other Moog equipments over the last y...

Re: Sub 37 : CV OUT Kit

Hi gian77, You probably know this, but I have to ask, just in case... Have you tried MIDI OUT of the Sub 37 to MIDI IN of the Minitaur, and then Audio OUT of the Minitaur into the AUDIO IN of the Sub 37? You may want to filter out the Sub 37's PANEL MIDI CCs so that the Sub 37's knobs don't affect ...

Sub 37 - User Manual (MIDI MENU PARAMETERS)

Hello, It's not really important, but i noticed this point in the User Manual : MIDI MENU PARAMETERS ECHO DIN IN (MIDI MENU 2.3) This parameter takes incoming MIDI data from the 5-pin DIN MIDI Input jack and merges it with the data being sent from the Sub 37 to the selected MIDI OUT port(s). This al...

Re: Sub 37 : CV OUT Kit

The Sub 37's design is such that it can not have CV Outs either via software or hardware updates. Hi DemonDan, and thanks for the information. Really, not even a pitch and gate ? I don't really understand the technical reason why CV OUT signals cannot be picked on a "analog" synth ... too...

Sub 37 : CV OUT Kit

Hi,

Does anybody know if Moog is planning to provide a CV OUT kit for the Sub 37, like the LP ?
Would love to sent CV to my Minitaur and get the sound back to the Sub 37 audio input 8)

Thanks

Re: Minitaur v3.0 editor and v2.1 firmware released!

Noticed only one issue, when turning the (filter and amplifier) RELEASE knob on the MT (with RELEASE button ON) the button on the editor (standalone version as well as AU in Live) is not following ... hardware behavior is working fine anyway, even when turning the editor knob. Decay is working fine...

These are no longer available but, if you could find a used one: http://www.iconnectivity.com/iConnectMIDI http://www.iconnectivity.com/iConnectMIDI-specifications These were unique in that you could use them as a substitute for a computer because they had the "flat" connector for USB. Yo...

Re: Minitaur as a Cv -> MIDI convertor, Subphatty as well?

I agree, it's why i added "Except USB" in both my 2 posts ... even if i don't knew how it works exactly :)
Thanks for all these precisions.

Then the chain will be "CV gear OUT -> Minitaur (CV IN /MIDI via USB OUT) -> Computer -> MIDI interface -> MIDI gear" ?

Re: Minitaur as a Cv -> MIDI convertor, Subphatty as well?

I think he's thinking of MIDI -> CV conversion, which the Minitaur does do. Hi DemonDan, Sorry, but problem is the same in that way, your signal can go IN the Minitaur (CV or MIDI) but not OUT (except USB). Nolongerhuman, If your setup is largely modular, you can easily add a Minitaur which can be ...

Hi,

It's not possible, Minitaur has no CV or MIDI outputs (except the USB connection), only inputs.

Re: minitaur usb 'class compliant'?

Hello,

It's not possible, MT's USB port is not an host.
In order to use your MT directly with your iPad you need to use a core MIDI device (iRig MIDI for example)
