Re: Sub 37 Filter Cutoff: First Batch vs. Revised Batch
The solution is simple and has already been stated. If your filter pot is faulty then contact Moog and they'll take care of it. If your filter pot is not faulty then don't contact Moog because there's no need to. Why is this so difficult for folks to understand?

Give it a couple of days and I'm sure they'll respond. Good luck and I hope you get it fixed ASAP!

You'll probably have better luck directing your question to the Moog service department.

Re: Found a little display bug in FW 1.1
I think I remember reading a post by Amos a week or two ago that this was a known issue? I may be mistaken though. Also, there's no need for a Cutoff destination because it already has a dedicated knob, right?

Also, make sure you're NOT using a USB hub as that causes known issues. You want to go straight from the Sub37 to your computer.

Just my opinion, but you guys are old so obviously you'll will think I'm wrong cause I'm young go figure..... Being "old" has absolutely nothing to do with not understanding your situation or with the way you're being treated by forum users. Lack of respect has EVERYTHING to do with it. I...

Re: WTF? is shipping a warranty'd synth such a secret?
Truthfully? Based off of your comments/posts from the last week or so, you sound like a slightly frustrating customer to deal with. Again, that is 100% based off of some of your comments/posts. I don't know you and I'm probably totally off , but that's how you come across. Instead of addressing the ...

Re: S37 - Ladder Filter Collapsing!
Asymetrical, I recommend getting touch with Andy over at Moog Support. I don't think forum users will be able to answer all the questions you have. From a previous post from Andy... "Andy from the Moog Tech Lab here. Please, if you are experiencing an issue with any of your Moog products, conta...

Re: Sub37 - Wierd non-aligned Pitch/Mod plate
I sent mine back to them...which was the only nerve racking part of the experience because I didn't want to part with it. :) I could understand not wanting to ship it "across the pond" though. It wouldn't hurt to contact Moog support and see if they have an easy solution (assuming that it ...

Re: Sub37 - Wierd non-aligned Pitch/Mod plate
My Sub37 had a similar issue when I received it. Although it didn't affect playability, it bothered me aesthetically. I contacted Moog support and they took care of it.

Re: sub37 version 1.1 release date?
The latest updates solved a few issues for most. Mine was a hardware issue, and it's a common one. The output levels are so low as to be, on occasion, useless. This is true on both line out levels and headphone. There is a small surface mount resistor that requires replacing on the logic board, but...
