Re: vinyl

I started collecting vinyl in second grade. That was almost 40 years ago. Two allowances were enough for me to buy the newest 45 single. Since then my collection has grown to 7,000 records. They are better than CD's, but not as portable. I love being able to take CD's to work and in my car. It is we...

Re: Should I sell my 104z?

It is so hard to say what will become of MIDI 20 years from now. CV is going nowhere. Hold ont that bad-boy. Right now, everyone is exited because of the new MIDI delay. Only time will tell what happens to the value of the older ones. One thing is almost certain, their value may be at its lowest poi...

Re: CV for Me

I am totally with you. I own a few foogers, but none with MIDI. The flux never interested me, but I own two Paradox TZF's. I would rather take an LFO out over MIDI control. In my humble opinion, the most exiting thing Moog has done lately in the Animoog app. If they want digital, go all the way and ...

Re: Macbeth MicroMac

I would love to get the Micromac.
The build quality of Macbeth is tops. I own his Moroco filter. ( number 6 of 20)
The micromac would fit in good here.

Re: FreqBox v Ring Mod - Gongs & Extra VCOs

The Ringmod can be used as a simple VCA, an Osc, an audio modifier, and a voltage source, so Id say that it is more versatile hands down than the Freqbox. I would not jump so quick about one being more versatile than the other. Both are unique. The RM is amont the best sounding effects that I have ...

Re: Kenosha Music-Go-Round

I was able to stop in last night. $3600 seems steep to me for that synth. It was on the main cashier's table and i was quite suprised thast is was quite dusty. They never cleaned it up, or even dusted it. It would look way nicer if cleaned. The synth is old, and shows wear. Multiple scratches in the...

Re: Kenosha Music-Go-Round

I drive past there going to work.
I will stop in and report.
Out of my budget now.
I am saving for something... haven't decided what yet though. Maybe fill out my DotCom. The new Dave Smith Tempest looks neat.
Depending on how tired I am, I will hit there tonight. (I work 68.5 hours a week)

Re: New Videocamera, New Sequence

Do you ever run the Q119 in random mode? (then there is no repetive sequence)
Why is there nothing going from the Voyager to the 351?
