You should just need 1 MIDI cable, go from the PK-5 MIDI Out -> Moog MIDI In. The PK-5 doesn't make any sound of its own, it's kind of like having another keyboard to control the Moog. Isn't there something to do with the S-trig or something like that? Have you poked around online? I never had one, I've used the Roland PK-5A to control things with MIDI but never used a CV controller.
