Re: Mother-32 to compliment Sub Phatty and Minilogue
ErinGoBragh and Happy St Pats. We think the Minilogue is very cool, looked long and listen hard for months after it's release, but we had just purchased a KARP and went a different route with three Mother-32's along with a MIDI Qaud and BeatStep Pro. As far as the Minilogue, We've decide to sit this...

Re: Doepher Dark Time or Beatstep Pro Or Minilogue
JSharpPhoto, Thanks BIG TIME for your insight and advice. I'm sold on the MIDI, but wanted to see if you could shed some light on Attenuators? With attenuators could we bring the 10v down to 5v. If that's the case curious how we might do that with BPS and a Moog product. Also, is Moog the only folks...

Re: Doepher Dark Time or Beatstep Pro Or Minilogue
Hi JsharpPhoto, Thanks to you the lights are staring to come on ... :-). So we like the whole daisy chain idea with the Max 9. We also have six Moogers, two with Midi. We really don't have a game plan, really drinking from the fire-hose on advise from you folks. Incredible group here. We really like...

Re: Moog Support? Does it exist?
We can't speak highly enough about the folks at Moog. Had an issue with a Voyager XL and Andy Hughes was all over it. Issue was resolved within a week. Took a little while for first initial response, but once made support was complete home run and we could not be happier, folks in Ashville are INCRE...

Re: Doepher Dark Time or Beatstep Pro Or Minilogue
Hi JSharpPhoto, Thanks for you insight and advice. I have some questions when it comes to MIDI, i'm a real ROOKIE/Novice. I have a Korg ARP with MIDI in. When the mothers and quad come next week, how does the integration of the quad work with the BPS? So the KARP direction say By connecting the ODYS...

Re: Keith Emerson death
The main reason why I got interested in Synths and playing them with a classical touch was because of Keith. Now he's in heaven jamming with all the masters. Oh what a LUCKY MAN he is. RIP Keith.

Re: Doepher Dark Time or Beatstep Pro Or Minilogue
Ok, you seem pretty strong about Beatstep Pro, i noticed ya had two so we figure ya like um. Sooooo, we took your suggestion and order the BSP and the Quad Solution Midi. Is the 10v gates something our friends in France did because of the US/Europe power diffs? Is the norm 5v on gates? Appreciated y...

Re: Doepher Dark Time or Beatstep Pro Or Minilogue
So i think after reading endless challenges with the Beatstep Pro and CV / Gate 10v, i'm staying away from that, and i think the Minilogue is cool, but have those sounds covered with ARP/Kronos II/ VoyagerXL / Mother32x3, so now it just down to the Dark Time, with three Seq in total between the moth...

Doepher Dark Time or Beatstep Pro Or Minilogue
Trying to decide whether i need Dark Time or a Beatstep Pro to accompanying my three mothers and H9 Max. With getting the three mothers this week, am i over doing it with Dark Time or Beatstep Pro. I guess i'm looking for feedback if you only had one choice, would it be Dark Time or Beatstep Pro. An...

Re: Stomp Box Pedals that Work With Synths (Digital, Analog)
Curious if any of the folks here on the retailing side have had a drive by sound check of the new Strymon Euro "GENERLISSIMO". We realize its set for summer release, but thought folks would be kicking the tires by now. Between the General and the Mother, we are presented with more knobs an...

Re: Korg SQ-1 sync in problem
Maybe related, saw Nick over at Sonicstate use an Attenuator from Rolls on the Sync in port of the Minilogue when he was trying to Seq a Arturia Beat Pro. It had to due with the Korg Volca platform. Here is the link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4xwKO08H6Q4 Nick goes over this stuff starting at 1...

Re: Tell us about your rig
Niceeeeeeeeeee .... like the Hammond XK3c/XLK3, unfortunately our studio is so small that if we get the K3's will need to suspend them from the ceiling, no floor space left. Never played one, how do you like the XK3's
