I've got the same issue when I loose connection to the Minitaur using USB the only way to recover it is to power cycle the unit.

I've got an answer from Moog. L7 and L8 are broken, they will send me two new ones. The problem is that I can't by pass both of them, L8 is ok but L7 is also bypassed by a Diode and a capacitance and short cutting L7 is short cutting those to components.
