Re: Printed Manual for Sub 37

Just to let everyone know... check your mail boxes, as I received my printed manual and t-shirt today! Unfortunately it was completely thrashed as someone (at the post office?) had ripped open the middle of the envelope and then taped it back together again. The manual was all crunched and the t-sh...

Sorry, but there are none that are drop-in-replacements.

Re: Sub 37 midi hanging ?

Hi Inspiran, This sounds like a MIDI loop, so make sure you have Local Control turned off on your Sub 37. Also, make sure things like the Arpeggiator On, Arp Latch On, and Envelope Latch On buttons are turned off. If you do ever happen to get a stuck note you can press both KB Octave buttons at the ...

Re: Sub 37 updated release date ?

Cant believe it... Still no delivery dates for Germany (Thomann) and MusicStore also removed their delivery date. Contacted Thomann and there's 120 units to be delivered still... I can't believe people's orders are not done in the order of purchase also - it's the least you'd expect after such a lo...

Re: Little Phatty Stage 1 mod wheel issue

Hi Synthatticca, Try doing a factory restore. This issue could be related to a few different things, so it's best to start from a clean slate if you can. WARNING: THIS WILL DELETE ANY SAVE PRESETS, SO BACK THEM UP Instructions for doing a factory restore are on page 44 of the Little Phatty manual. h...

Re: Sub37 keys...hanging too far out?

Hi All, Because our instruments are often used on tours, we design for super fast servicing (particularly on the road) so that these units can stay up and running at all times. (If you drop something and break 3 keys, they can be swapped in 15 minutes.) Because of the16 preset buttons on the Sub 37 ...

Re: MIidi Murf hiss!

if this is house electricity related I would expect an expensive moogerfooger pedal to be less sensitive to it than any cheap pedal, not more sensitive. and still it doesn't explain why it works perfectly in the FX loop. I still haven't read any competent, convincing or sober minded answer about th...

Re: Animoog iPhone AUDIOBUS???

Audiobus is definitely not yet fully implemented. Moog, I think you need to get the Audiobus guys to add the app to their registry. It does not show up in the list of compatible app inputs. Also, many thanks for the hard work! Any recommendations on a sound pack to show my support? We are working o...

It sounds as if a handful of units may have been shipped without boot loaders installed. While unlikely, it is possible. Please contact our service department as soon as is possible. If this is the case, we will bring your unit in and address this immediately. 828-251-0090 techsupport@moogmusic.com ...

Re: MIidi Murf hiss!

Hi All, Moogerfoogers are in fact designed to handle any instrument to line level signals. This sounds like an RFI related issue, which would explain why it would manifest itself in front of a high impedance amp input, but not in the effects loop. If you determine the MuRF is the cause of the issue,...
