I'd rather love to be able to use MOD Wheel and Aftertouch for the same MOD bus, by adding the two controller values, not multiplying them.
Would be cool to have MOD Wheel and Aftertouch control e.g. pitch modulation and still having the 2nd MOD Bus free for other stuff.

I have checked the link to Waldorf 2-pole and it seems very interesting too. Do you have some more sound samples (leads) which can be produced combined with sub 37? I don't have any examples at hand currently, but I'll be in the studio tonight, maybe I find the time for some more sound examples.

For distorting my Sub 37, I use nothing as often as the Waldorf 2-Pole Filter.
Fantastic distortion possibilities with unique characters: Overdriving the input stage, rectifier, and post-filter overdrive.
Nothing else squeezes the juice from the Sub 37 as sweet as the 2-Pole

The only thing that really sucks about Reason is that it can only send MIDI clock to one MIDI interface at a time. Syncing multiple synths and drum machines on multiple MIDI Outs like in Ableton is not possible.

Apart from that, I love that program.

Hm, I did some recording yesterday. I simultaneously used an M-Audio Oxygen 49 (USB), Korg MicroKorg (DIN MIDI) and the Sub 37 (USB) to record MIDI notes, and also let the synths play back recorded MIDI data. Nothing strange happened.

Hehe, I guess there are more Ableton users than Reason users. But for pure recording and mixing, I still prefer Reason. And I'm not a great player either. I'll test it some time this week

I've had no hardware problems with it, either.
Only some issues that made it feel rather "beta", as you said, but with the recent firmware versions it started to feel like a solid product. I love my Sub 37.

I'm using Reason for most of my recordings.
Didn't try yet to record MIDI data, I have to admit. I usually play it "live" and record the audio.

But I can try to reproduce it. Are you on Windows or OSX?
