Re: Minitaur to controller. USB type B to USB type?
This wont work. USB requires a controller and a device. Which will be which in this setup? I don't think the Minitaur has the ability to control other devices. FireWire is capable of device to device networks because each device has its own CPU, while USB uses a single master controller.

If you electrically ground the plate it will act as a shield.

Re: not to stir up trouble, but...
Lol. Very interesting! I guess that goes to show that the patch recall feature of the Voyager is something that involved various circuit changes to accomodate, like having a CV mixer instead of one directly under the control of a potentiometer. I wonder how involved it would be to integrate all thos...

Has anyone ever modified a Model D to include patch memory/recall?

Does anyone have the schematic to the GX-1 ring modulator by chance?

Re: MP201 V3
I hope the development is not EOL. I would like to get this pedal eventually. Hopefully there is a replacement in development which could run on the same firmware and consist of similar hardware. Considering how many people use it on a table top, it might make more sense to have a box with a jack fo...

Re: synth on "all my love" Zeppelin?
I own a CS-50 and part of the appeal is all the realtime controls. Although the CS-50 lack the polyphonic initial and aftertouch (and wooden keybed) of the CS-80, it is still very expressive. It doesn't even have velocity, if I recall correctly, but the aftertouch triggers as part of the keystroke s...

Re: Halloween presets
How convoluted. Is it possible to make in-app purchases free? Perhaps this would be a more user friendly way to distribute add-on or plug-in packages. Of course, Apple's policies seem to be part of the problem, and it seems like there would still be issues with moving audio in or out of the program...

Re: MF-106M
Tap tempo is probably the most requested feature for the delay and it would be nice if it supported MIDI tempo sync.

Re: CP-251 LFO clock division?
Well, looking at the datasheet for the 555 shows it only requires a positive power supply. So I think it might be tricky to use that IC for a waveform that includes negative voltages. Why would you want to do this? Well, as I understand it, the cable/diode trick shown above would be used with a posi...

Re: CP-251 LFO clock division?
Another way to do it would be with a 555 timer / flip flop circuit.

Re: MF 108M? flux
This may seem like a pretty noob question, but here I go... The delay section does not actually refer to a delay (echo) effect does it? It's more referring to the degree of flange? You are correct. Although this being a moog pedal who knows what the limitations will be An earlier post mentioned a m...

Does the Moog app run in the background? Can you run other audio apps at the same time without problems?
Thanks
