Not sure if your reply is constructive or sarcastic but I'm guessing that it only has a midi in? Do they make double use of it as done on some of the CV jacks?

105m send clock?

Does the Murf send clock or just obey midi clock?

Also wanted to know if there was an Apple AU or VST plug in for it or just the stand alone app?

Thanks

Re: MIDI MuRF pattern editor released!

Available now, free from Moog Music! go here and click on the "Software" tab. Available for Mac and PC, and free for anyone to download... although it helps if you already have a MIDI MuRF. :-) Cheers, Amos I haven't the slightest clue about what that software does, but it sure looks awes...

Re: Just realized moogs buffalo location...

Is now the superflea flea market the company i work for owns that land haha. you need to turn the picture 180 to see the flea market any other interesting then and now photos that are not in the moog archive. Is that the same location as what I've heard referred as Trumansburg or was that a differe...

Question about "Restore Factory" function

If I reset all patches using "Restore Factory", will it restore to 1.0 or restore all patches/settings as of the 2.10T which is currently present. Assuming the latter is the case, will all of the factory presets have SOME arpeggio setting or will I need to modify the parameter for each pat...

Hi, I stood in the same dilemma and bought a OS, and I haven't regretted it one bit!! Then again it's tough to regret buying anything from moog :P Still I love how hands on the OS is, also it sometimes have to warm up the oscillators when turning in on after its been turned off for quite some time....

I suppose that without all of the mapping functions that a Voyager has in the firmware, and not having a CPU controlled way to affect the amount of touch surface umm... touched, you are really just talking about a 2 dimensional touchpad that acts like the ribbon controllers that I've seen. I've seen...

General Control Voltage (Volts per Octave) question

I recently had my LP modified with the CV-out option and just bought a Voyager Old School (arriving on Tuesday hopefully!). I've been told that the LP will output 1 Volt per octave which is somewhat 'standard' but that a Voyager (RME, or Old School) uses something different? Moog was good enough to ...

Old School with VX-351 Question

Just bought an Old School from Nova Musik (arrives on Tuesday...) but had a question about the VX-351. Does it function 100% as it would on a Voyager with the exception of the "Touch" section (A,X,Y,Gate). Are these ports just dead or mapped to something else?

Thanks

Getting the CP-251 first doesn't make much sense to me. It is useless with the bass on its own and doesn't really get you that much with the Little Phatty. Well yes. I just got my LP back from Moog and found the new Filter options for S+H and noise (two things that the 251 added). I would like some...

Which is best Fooger for a Bass player [also]

Shortly going to take the plunge for my first Fooger but wanted some advice. Watched what little (and much of it bad) content was on YouTube. Have an LP with the just announced CVout and also play bass. What would you suggest for order of purchase? Was thinking CP-251 followed by Ring Mod followed b...

great video, now if only I could part with my LP for a week or two to get it done! ;) It's been a long wait for me. UPS said to be delivering mine today. They do them in batches and I was fine with that because I thought I would only be getting a 2.1T upgrade for my Tribute (this was well before it...

Re: [dumb] Question about multi or polyphonic via Moog

(stuff deleted) From the LP manual: "The seventh page of the MIDI Setup menu allows you to set up multiple Moog synths as a polyphonic synth stack. The settings are ‘POLY: OFF’ or ‘POLY: (#) of (##)’. The first number represents which note this particular LP is assigned to play, the second num...

[dumb] Question about multi or polyphonic via Moog

Have read that you can attach one or several Voyagers or RMEs to an LP to to a Voyager for some form of Polyphony. Does the keyboard still work as mono, but send the same midi note info (or CV) to all devices, and if so isn't that must a layered (doubled, tripled, etc) sound? Is there a way to have ...

This is OT now but I have about 20 machines and am parting with my newest "World Poker Tour" which is a Stern that I bought NIB in February. Worth about $2,400.
