Yeeeeah I've learned to not be a early adopter.. with time, quality gets better and prices come down.. usually.

My RME is a early sn# 0049... it does some weird things sometimes but nothing major. Though I have a feeling if I had a upgraded v3 model i would'nt see the same weird happenings.

This happens to my RME all the time when I'm controlling it with my LP. Not sure what causes it... just happens sometimes when I'm playing around... actually now that I think of it, it happens a lot when I'm using the LP's arpeggiator and I go to turn it off..... then the Voyager remains this consta...

Only one thing has me confused...does the SP come with rack ears? If not, how does one rack it? This (and lack of funds) are the only reasons I haven't looked into this option in earnest yet. Allen & Heath Zed R16 here. I heard good things about the Allen & Heath mixers... Though the ones I've seen in the store were USB instead of Firewire.... I heard somewhere that USB was worse on latency than firewire when recording and playing into a DAW. Anyone know any truth behind that?

This is yet another reason why we need some of those SP polychaining video demos from Moog.

I'm confused. I'm pretty sure it has polychaining capabilities.

Not to downplay the last post, because I generally do agree with it... But you can't compare a digital human voice to a organic human voice.. the human voice is similar in fundamentals but waaaaaay more complex than a synthesizer in the tones it utilizes and generates. So I wouldnt call that a great...
