Re: Weird Chorus/Delay Sound Coming From Slim Phatty
You can get a delay like this in Ableton if you use the External Instrument. If you connect your phatty to the audio interface, and set the external instrument to receive audio from that same channel, AND you have that particular channel turned up on the audio interface (i.e. have the "monitor&...

Please, please, please Moog Music, cut of the connection with this company and let some serious company make your edit programs for your products instead.[/quote]Analog Prophet wrote:

Re: Soundtower Voyager Plug SE
Sorry, i didnt mean to hijack this thread with sound tower hate. And I agree to an extent about monitoring social media. You wont have to do that if the customer service was good when customers contact you using the correct channels that are offered on the company website. But seeing how those go un...

Re: Soundtower Voyager Plug SE
If you write to us directly, we shall respond Absolutely not true. I have contacted SoundTower several times and opened a service ticket - without any respond except an automatic confirmation that the issue was registered and I would be contacted. After many months and many trials to communication ...

Re: Soundtower Voyager Plug SE
Good luck getting anyone from sound tower to even acknowledge your existence... They are the worst company I have ever tried to deal with... Notice how I didnt say "dealt with"? I cant even get them engaged... Moog cant even get them to talk to me...

Re: "Oscillators" Pot malfunctioning
Try turning the thing on for about 2 hours to let the temperatures stabalize, and then try doing a calibration... The manual says how to do this. Also, make sure its grounded properly. If those dont work, try doing a factory reset. I think this wipes out your presets and replaces them with the facto...

Re: Songs w/ Little Phatty
Hey fellow Foogers! I just finished this track a few days ago, and I am particularly proud of it! :) The main synths that I used were the Phatty and Prophet, but I also used the Cluster Flux in it too! Its a bit of indie dance goodness, and I would appreciate any feedback you might have! :) Cheers h...

Re: lfo rate calculation
Any reason you dont want to use the midi sync feature? The LFO will then reset in time with a midi clock signal... So the rate will be quantized instead of continuous when you turn the knob.

Re: Why am I seeing so many hardware issue posts?
I've had an issue with my Phatty and with my Voyager... Both within the first year. In fact, the phatty issue was so benign (an intermittent LFO LED) that I probably wouldnt have worried about it, or hell, i probably would have tried to fix it myself, if it hadnt been under warranty. But, thats what...

Re: Sound Tower Editor fails to receive presets correctly
Sound Tower sucks... Not only does their software suck, but when I have had issues, I couldnt even get a support ticket resolved... And not in a manner of "we dont know whats wrong", but in the manner of "no bleeping response from sound tower." I even complained to Moog about it ...

Re: USB MIDI pass clock to MIDI OUT or THRU?
I dont see why midi clock wouldnt appear on the MIDI through jack regardless of where it comes from (MIDI In jack or USB midi)... Although there might be some logic in there preventing the midi in jack from working if connected to USB (to prevent the issue of receiving multiple midi messages on two ...

Re: Filter CV trigger
What do you mean "beat match the filter"? The filter has a dedicated envelope generator that activates on a midi note on message (or a high gate signal on the gate input jack)... If you are referring to the LFO syncing to a midi clock source, you can do that also. There are menu options in...
