With this configuration (see above), Latch is actually working when the Slim Phatty is controlled via "USB-MIDI in" but not when the standard (DIN) "MIDI in" is used.

The MIDI routing is really flexible and kinda great on both. There's a local control on/off setting which would probably have let me loop the MIDI data in the way I wanted but it was a temporary thing. These are all really good suggestions! I am glad to see them as it means there are some serious MP201 users out there :) I think I will have time after Moogfest to do a small MP201 update, at least to add the triplets back in. in my case I used an external keyboard because I wanted the Slim in front. There must be a way to send MIDI note from the Sub keyboard and bypassing its internal MIDI route... right ? Something like that : Sub Midi Keyboard sending note to Slim -> Slim Midi "out" to Sub "in" + S...

Of course if you have a MIDI/CV converter of some sort you might be able to bring that into the mix to useful effect as well. It would need to be adjustable though, since the freqbox pitch-CV response is not calibrated (it's a guitar pedal, in theory, not a modular oscillator) ...then, I guess that...

Interesting... how do you sync the MF-107 FreqBox to the Sub Phatty without any CV outputs ?

I'm wandering if the MF-107 FreqBox can compensate the missing third oscillator of the Sub Phatty...
