1) Download the software
2) Read the included instructions
3) Make sure there is no USB hub between your PC and sub37
4) Start the update
There are actually no steps because the new updater does the whole update process automatically

Re: Sub37 arpeggiator dropping out
It happened to me sometimes (version 1.07), but only when the arpeggiator was set to 'ordr'.
Didn't test it with the new firmware yet.

Dan, can you please give me some clue how to reproduce the sound you use from 10:56 till 13:36 in the video. It is an amazing sound!_DemonDan_ wrote: Video example of a Moog Sub 37 into a TC Electronic Flashback:

Re: Sub 37 - Non-Tribute Edition?
Why discontinue your biggest selling product. If it doesn't end then that "Limited Edition" that made me jump on the boat was a "LIE" Most people buy an instrument because of it's capacity, functionality and sound.... Nowadays a lot of people seem to think that companies only ex...

Re: sub37 version 1.1 release date?
It'll come when it's ready and not before. As it should be. I don't want to brick my nicest synth! What you need to remember, is that this is not a hobby to some people, including Moog. It is a business, with paying customers who wish to be kept up to date - without being subjected to the silent tr...

I assume you use the sync function from the arpeggiator (led is lit)?

Re: Sub37: No problem here :-)
I own a sub 37 since january 2015, beautiful instrument with lot of sound potential! I've owned (and own) different (digital) workstations and a stage piano but none of them inspired me the way the Sub37 does in terms of tweaking, making sounds from scratch and play with them! At home i'm playing th...

Global price change?
Sinds last week the price for a sub 37 has gone up by 300 euros in the Netherlands  !! Unfortunately also the Minifooger Delay which i planned to buy (20 euros), perhaps i'll better look for a tc electronic flashback or deluxe memoryboy now because of the price.. Is this a global price change?

No problems with macbook and imac (both Yosemite) but i'm not using a hub.
Is it a powered USB hub? (sometimes that makes a difference)
