Re: MF-101 For Sale
Off topic, but curious about how you are liking the Warped Vinyl pedal? Your pic is the first time I have seen of that pedal and the various demo vids of it sound pretty good. Ever try using the Envelope Out from the MF-101 to control parameters on the WV?

Re: MF-104MSD feedback insert
I never thought of the "Y" term being misconstrued as a splitter, but when you put it that way it makes sense to use the term "Insert" instead.

Re: MF-104MSD feedback insert
I dont own this pedal so forgive my ignorance but..... Don't you run the delay out to say a wah pedal and then the Wah out back to the Feedback insert? Mix out to the mains...... or is there some kind of Y type cable you need to run out FB insert? Yes, the feedback loop requires a Y cable. The diff...

Re: MF-104MSD feedback insert
Congrats on the score! The 104MSD is a great pedal. The FB loop jack on the 104M's and 108M's is a TRS that requires an insert cable. It works just like an insert on a mixer. The "Tip" is the send and the "Ring" is the return. Any stompbox or rack effect will work as an insert. W...

Re: Odd Behavior With 104SD
Sorry, I know I already mentioned the isolation fix, and then saw that you yourself had done it. Perhaps the Business card wore down or detiorated after all these years. When I had my SD fixed I had the pins clipped and isolated to make sure it would never happen again. Paper by itself only seems l...

Would it be useful to coat a thin film of conductant onto a plug and try to work a bit into the jacks?latigid on wrote:You probably just needed to re-wipe the sockets to get the normalling working properly?

Re: Odd Behavior With 104SD
Do you have a grounding issue with the rack? Not that I have noticed. I have 8 Foogers and a VX-351 and CP-251 all mounted in the same rack without issue. I did have the known issue of hum when powering the CP-251 off the VX, but ditching the internal jumper and going with the original CP PS fixed ...

Odd Behavior With 104SD
Cranked up the old 104SD last night and had some disappointing results. Feedback was limited to about a single repeat with the FB knob maxed. Mix knob on max was producing very weak delay output compared to dry signal. Also, had to unplug and re-power numerous times to get any delay at all. Also tri...

Re: MF-104M Discontinued?
Just scored MF-104MSD #006 from a dealer in NJ. No doubt one of the last in captivity. Dealer said he was told no more MF-104M's are coming. Analog Haven said they sold their last SD this afternoon and have two 104M's left in stock; sold two to a customer yesterday. Act fast if you want one! LunchBo...

Re: Controlling MF-104M with 500 series delay plugin
Thanks for posting! I printed the MIDI CC's for the 500 Delay and then downloaded the standalone app for Windows. Haven't tried it out with my 104MSD but will report back when I do.
