problem with cp 251 (is there anyway of getting around this)

okay you know how if you want to control one of the moogerfoogers performance parameters like the lfo depth (amount it affects what it's hardwired to) you can use the amount knob a pedal or another cv input but if you wanted to use the lfo to modulate another moogerfooger then the only way you can c...

i have a rare boss digital sampler delay DSD 3 it's basically the same as a boss DD 3 digital delay but you can use the 0.8 second memory time as a sample and play it by pressing the foot pedal this feature isn't that brilliant but it has a trigger input that does the same thing as the pedal every t...

1. A box with 4 more oscillators, but with individual outputs for tri, saw, and square/pulse waves rather than a sweepable waveshape. Each VCO should have a freq input and a PW input and should have a .1 to 20k range. (could not quote for some reason but s16016wb said the above) instead of having th...

he's saying that you can feel something, a kind of relationship between you and the synth. Recently i bought a roland juno 60 and the presets the guy i got it from had loaded into it made me dislike the synth and I felt a lot of tension between us but then i started trying to work with it, writing s...

minimoog vs ems vcs 3

has anyone used both i really want to hear someone’s opinion on which is the better. If you don't know what the vcs3 is it's a three oscillator synth that came out just before the original mini in 1969 and apparently they still make them but you have to order one. do a search for more information. a...

You know i think the black look is really cool, it looks like it's really smooth and shiny. It reminds me of a piano or an old RCA theremin. if anything looks tacky it's the blue lights (i think they look cool but I can imagine they'd get really anoying after a while (can you turn them off?) I plan ...

there are many analog synths with cv pitch out and gate out. from what i can tell the moogerfogers would accept any cv to control say the picth of the oscillator from the mf-102 which you could then run though the mf-101 and mf-103 this would give you a basic synth set up using the keyboard of anoth...

i agree when i write songs I usually start off with a melody then fit chords into it later on. It's a lot more inspirational working on a monosynth that can really make a good noise. if you do all synth stuff like me then polysynths are important too for chords to fill out the song but they don't ha...
