Not sure what you are asking for: the height indicated in the manual must be the "total" height with panel set flat.
If the keys are lower than that, they will fit anyways, am I wrong?

Yep, same guess here.

Either try to use only one oscillator or sync them.
Another solution is to detune them a litlle more so that the phasing is faster... may be more suitable
