Re: Fix for Paul Vo model with Wilkinson Wobble???

Why don't you call Steve?

He's been more than gracious to be helpful and encouraging when I've spoken to him about designing a guitar, etc.

I'm sure he'd love to help you find a solution to the problem.

His extension/number is listed under the Moog Music Guitar Products page.

Re: Should I sell my 104z?

You might want to wait until the 104m is discontinued. Their value is just dropping like crazy on ebay right now. :?

Strongly debating acquiring one, but this is a serious quest

I am very seriously considering the acquisition of a Moog Guitar, either a B-stock Paul Vo, a B-stock E-1 w/ trem, or a higher line model if I can get the financing funding. One thing that makes me wonder about leaning towards the fixed bridge is this issue. Did anyone find a fix? I had a little ch...

Fooger Spree! Foogs on Record.

Here be some recordings of various works I made back in the day as a young buck in 2009. Pretty much everything was improvised, and I used only a Jackson Soloist, two Moogerfoogers and an Acoustasonic 30 w/ DSP. Luckily, I had a groovin' bass player and percussionists along w/ my LPF and Murf. It's...

Re: 104z issue - no output!

Are you using the correct power supply? CS has told me that it is possible to blow an output IC, so that it sounds distorted if you use an ungrounded socket, or poorly wired connection, or if the polarity is reversed going through your pedals. Open up the bottom plate and see if everything is intac...

Pre-order price from NovaMusik is $649!

Nova Musik might have it sooner, and they always have the best prices in the biz.

Re: 104M!

I just got my cluster flux. How do you use that feedback loop? I didn't really understand it from the manual. How to you run the cables etc. You can either run any signal from a Control Processor such as the CP-251, Mp-201, etc into the FB insert jack via straight 1/4" cable . . . or you can g...

Re: Acceptable noise for a MF-108m?

I recently used the 108M on a recording session I was hired for. I used multiple channels and multiple outputs (6 to be exact) The 108M channel was so noisy it had to be cut in the final process. The most disruptive noise occurs when the delay time is maxed on the "Chorus" setting and the...

Suggestions and Thoughts for the 104M Design

Hi Guys, I'm reposting my reply to another thread as a new thread so we can get this ball rolling. I've been a regular ClusterFlux user, and if I had a good set of recordings I could warp y'alls minds with the combinations I've created with the Feedback Loop (from insanely clipped bluesy tube tones...

Re: 104M!

I looked at that catalog (which nearly crashed my rinkydink computer) and funnily enough they used a stock photo of the 104z  It could be a hoax . . .but if it's not . .. Separate page/website for Custom Moog Guitars

I would be posting in the Moog Guitar forum, but I want to stir up thought and discussion on this. I really want a Moog guitar. I am nowhere near being able to afford one, but I want to look at them and hear them. I don't know who Paul Vo, or your other on-site luthiers are. You need to buil...

Re: My MF-104z dead. AGAIN!

Hi All, I'm glad to be back, missed you all. Sadly it's a brief visit to bring you good cheer. Your MF-104's, 104z's and 104-sd's are not fried! There is a structural design flaw in the chassis of the pedal which causes a ground loop and potential voltage spikes. This has been addressed in another ...

Re: MP-201 audible mechanical noise when sweeping

Ok . . . A little further testing reveals that this "mechanical" noise is only audible through the time CV input of the MF-108, it doesn't matter if I switch cables or channels. Perhaps I should start querying over in the fooger branch of the forum. I suppose it could be a scratchy pot . ....
