you can also add some voltage in the resonance socket for some sick noises when everything goes into self oscillation

maybe i was thinking of the 102s carrier in jack replacing the internal carrier when socketed.
you could ofc work around that with a dummy from carrier out -> carrier in

i was about to get patchbay my foogers but i ended up just turning them around with their holes facing me. its easier to tweak the knobs upsidedown than it is to patch without seeing the holes. iirc the final reason for my desicion was that while most of the cvins add the voltage to the parameters s...

modulating the waveform of a single osc

wanting to have osc1 play a solid waveform and osc2 a pwm one i set up a dummy modulation of noise level on the pedal mod bus, used to output of vx351, adjusted this with my cp251 and sent it back in to mod2 and used a pot map to modulate the waveform of osc2. i have a memory of doing this using onl...

my 101 suddenly started making a noice at about 5 khz when i did certain CV-connections. it was pinned down to the env follower circuit and we tried replacing an IC there but it remained. sounded like a ground loop and was eventually fixed with some improvised ground surgery

i just had the "facotyr" upgrade done here in sweden Well, I opted for shipping it back, the price of shipping is not much different vs the savings of the factory upgrade, and while it's there it will get the filter glide mod and a recalibration. Moog really needs to have service centers i...

the early sigs had a problem which caused the pitch bend amount to affect master tuning, this needs a hardware fix (i had mine done)
