Aaand I... took the plunge: I ordered a MF-104m.
It should be here around next week.
I paired it with a Strymon BigSky, and fear to be totally lost in sound for a long time .

Re: Sub 37, SN, owner, location list
I second that! I'd pay for the upgrade. Filter cutoff seems of the same smoothness all the other knobs on mine. I guess no Heavier Voyager pot on mine.

Re: SUB-37 new user! Now i need a Delay!
I tried first to go through a Line6 Pod2 for delay and reverb, but going through it to an Edirol UA-5 gave a very bad sound, weak and lifeless. I much prefer now to add delay and reverb in Reaper/Ableton/whatever DAW I use to record. In the meantime, I still ponder the buy of a Delay, analog (Mainly...

Re: Question about the filters / presets on sub 37
The jump is due to the preset that contains one value for filter cutoff, and the knob sending a new, rather off value when you move it, AND the knob behaviour being ABS in the Global Menu (if I remember). You can define the knob behaviour to be relative ou through. Relative will begin to change the ...

Re: Sub 37, Fine Tune
I checked yestereve with a guitar chromatic tuner what was the sensitivity of the fine tune knob. Basically, you have +/- 1/2 tone, and the 'flat' area where my tuner was not discerning any changes was rather large around 12 o'clock. So basically, I think we have enough precision to be in tune with ...

That's an interesting status update.
I wish we had some internal pictures of the Sub37 to see what changes have been made...
Thanks everyone for contributing here .

Re: Sub 37 feature suggestions - firmware updates
One could imagine this:
LATCH ON being ON,
holding down LATCH ON, one could simply turn the PATTERN switch from ORDER to SEQ to record the current arpeggiation to a sequence.
How about that Amos?

Re: Taming MOD AMT on the Sub 37
I think I remember in the MOD controller Menu, one can use the CTRL4 AMT to put it at around 50%, this halving all the MOD AMTs effects.
Dan surely will come here and give a more precise explanation than I.

Re: Best speaker for sub 37
I had once the TCE RH450 head with RS210 cabinet to play quite normally bass through it. Beautiful Boutique gear, with a lot of nice features and design. Sadly, I had to sell these, so can't comment about Sub37 through it, but man that combo sent a wall of sound it was frightening, and certainly whe...
