I received the patch book with mine as well, and it was shipped last fall. It seems they've known for some time that the run would produce relatively few units, so it's a nice gesture for them to throw the books in.

I bought some cords from a company called OSP. I think they are based here in Arkansas. They make all kinds of gear like the rack cabinet that I bought.
