Re: Mooger Fooger PSU Buzzing Sound Question

That could just be a loose plastic housing or loose bobbin in the transformer. If it isn't getting hot or anything else weird, it is most likely just going to be a minor nuisance.

Okay, I gotta ask, what's up with the gloves? It's an eerie visual effect.

Re: Mooger Fooger PSU Buzzing Sound Question

Is the power supply buzzing in your signal path or just buzzing audibly all by itself?

That really is a good point, and since I've primarily been using my 104 with guitar, I seem to fit the bill for that preference.

104m

But I only have the 104m (of the two choices listed). I couldn't see the point of the 108m.

Re: How was the action on your Moog Guitar when you got it?

I finally took my E-1 in for a proper setup by someone more knowledgeable than myself. After literally leaving the E-1 in the closet for months, I'm happy to say its a lot happier and nicer to play. I'm gonna try to make some real use of this puppy from now on......

MF-104m not enough feedback

Is there a way, on the MF-104m, to internally increase the feedback amount so it will go out of control? My feedback gets close, but I want to push it a little further....

Re: Moog Guitar Custom Shop

Isn't that the purpose of this new custom shop? Now Moog will build your totally different guitar for you. Yes, but what if I wanted something completely outside Moog capabilities like an all aluminum guitar? http://www.electricalguitarcompany.com/ Moog can't do that. At least I don't think they can.

Re: Moog Guitar Custom Shop

I keep meaning to contact moog someday to ask if they'd sell the electronics alone to be shoehorned into a totally different guitar. I don't know if another guitar maker could get the Vo electronics working, so it would probably need to be handed off between moog and the builder back and forth. I'm ...
