Hello There, pardon my ignorance, I want to try these patches, but I am unable to make the LP received the patches.

I am running the LP Editor program on Mac OSX. Can anybody shed some light on how to send these patches to the LP.

Thanks

CP-251 with MIDI, ADSR Envelope and Tap Tempo

I was reading another thread regarding the possibility of a MIDI Murf and that reminded me of the reason I haven't bought the CP-251: Lack of MIDI. I currently own a Little Phatty and 5 Moogerfoogers, and its really a shame that there is no way to send the envelope signals to the rest of the MFs. It...

Hello, I recently purchased the Editor Librarian and have noted that whenever I try to edit any of the Advance Presets from the editor software, the little phatty's current preset will change into some weird detuned random patch. In order to fix it I have to change the preset from the little phatty ...

I hope this is not true..... it would really suck.

This would actually influence me into getting a tribute instead of the Stage, even tough the tribute is known to have some sort of interference noise problem.

I also have the Kenton ProSolo and i've used it to play my MF101 like an oscillator. The way I do it is: 1- Insert the CV out of the Prosolo into the Freq input. 2-Lower the mix knob all the way down 3-Insert the Gate out of the Prosolo into the mix input. Altough I don't have the MF107, I think thi...

Well, now that you say that, I think I'm gonna be getting the Stage edition. I would rather get the sonic improvements of the SE than the wood sides of the Tribute.....I'll just have to find somebody to build me custom wooden panels for my Stage edition.

Thanks for your comments!

Tribute vs Stage

Ok, I read about the Stage having slightly richer higher end......has anybody compared the two of them side by side???? I am about to able to purchase a little phatty and I really love the wood panels on the tribute but if there are any sonic advantages to the stage edition I would prefer it over th...

I am really dying to have one.

Would you be able to use with a kenton Pro-solo to play it like a synth? (Is it 1V/Octave ?)

The only reaoson I am getting this is to be able to have a cheap version of a Moog synth when I put together the Freqbox with the rest of the foogers.

Well, I love my Ibanez FL9, is very liquid sounding. I have the original version that was released in the 80's, but its my understanding that Ibanez just reissused the pedal. You can probably find the original Ibanez FL9 on ebay for a good price.

I sampled the MF102's oscillator with my MPC at about 1Khz and then I sequenced very short notes. Then I send this audio signal to the tap Tempo input of the MURF and Voila! its synced. You could also do this with Cubase if you have an extra audio output you could use to send the signal......Simply ...
