hooking MIDI OUT from the TR8 to the GM MIDI IN should work, that way the drum machine is master

Curious about this: I was impressed when Moog updated the Minitaur firmware to allow a choice of snapping, or gradually adopting to the new value, if you move a pot after loading a patch this happens when the saved value is different than what the pot is currently set to... Does the One do this? or ...

+1 huge thanks to Rudi for all the continued patches etc on the Voyager OS

and yes, I hope the Knobtweaks files get archived somewhere, thanks Greg and everyone else who made them available. extremely useful
