They are responding really quickly via their live chat on the website. It even shows when someone is waiting ready to answer questions.

I’ve managed to get this effect on my Subsequent by having the filter EG release time be shorter than the amp EG release time.

Not sure if the filter envelope to pitch is normal. I had a Behringer D and it had that problem (which is partly why I returned it. More irritating was the fact that a square wave LFO also didn’t return to zero on the “off” portion of the wave cycle). However the Moog Model D I tried in a music shop...

Are you using a USB hub? They can sometimes be problematic.

Just had a reply from Amos who explained that this is normal due to one LFO’s LED being controlled by CV whilst the other is done digitally.
